FAQ
Are there mandatory Zoom sessions?
Yes. Attendance Is required for certification.
Can I get a refund or cancel my enrollment?
Certification is earned, not given. We do not offer refunds once course materials have been released. You'll complete the training, submit assessment videos, and demonstrate the ability to recreate the VXN experience. Once approved by a master trainer- you'll officially join the #vxnarmy as a licensed instructor.
Does everyone get certified?
Not automatically. Certification is earned—not just given. Enrollment gives you full access to the course and live coaching, but to be certified, you must demonstrate you can execute the moves, embody the VXN energy, and lead with confidence. You’ll submit assessment videos at the end of training. If approved by your Master Trainer, you’ll officially join the #VXNArmy as a Certified Instructor.
What if I don’t pass on my first try?
no worries, You’ll receive detailed feedback and a “pass pending” status. You'll have with 30 days to resubmit your video at no extra cost. Need more time? You can retake it for free within the same calendar year. We're here to support your growth.
Is there a licensing fee after certification?
